We take great pride in offering the best customer service and strive to make our customers feel right at home.

We look ahead to Fall 2024 as a time where we can embrace community again on Bethel’s campus.  As we broaden our offerings for the fall, we seek culinarians, cashiers, serving staff, and dishwashers to help lead us into the school year.  We need people who have experience in large volume food venues as well as those looking to grow in their hospitality career.  Please email sodexo@bethel.edu to express your interest and as positions are posted, we will contact you as online application information becomes available.

If you are interested in joining a diverse group of individuals in providing a top notch dining experience, we invite you to follow the link above to see our current open positions. Applications will not be accepted via fax or email.

Student Employment

Bethel Dining Services employs nearly 180 students who together work about 900 hours a week. This important team works in every area of the operation serving as cashiers, food servers, baristas, caterers, dish room, and more. We're very thankful for this team because without them we could not serve the Bethel community.
